This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Georgia courts for any disputes.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sweets and Tea Party Festival regarding Website use.
