
SWEETS AND TEA PARTY FESTIVAL
EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS / TICKET HOLDER AGREEMENT
In order for the purchaser and/or holder (“You,” “Your”) of a valid wristband or ticket (“Ticket”) to enter Sweets and Tea Party (the “Event”), You must possess a valid Ticket granting access to the Event.
ARTICLE 1: YOUR TICKET
By purchasing, possessing, or using a Ticket and/or entering the Event, You unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this agreement (“Agreement”) between You and The Luo Group LLC, d/b/a Tago Life, d/b/a Sweets and Tea Party, Journey Awards LLC (the “Company”).
For safety, operational, or legal reasons, the Company reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to postpone, cancel, interrupt, modify, stop, evacuate, or deny access to the Event, even if You possess a valid Ticket.
The Company reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event at any time, including but not limited to performers, artists, programming, timing, or layout. Changes to the lineup or schedule do not entitle You to a refund.
Artist names used in promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee appearance, billing order, or headline status.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
The Event is held rain or shine.
If the Event is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event and not rescheduled, You may be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Ticket only (excluding fees). A Force Majeure Event includes acts of God, terrorism, severe weather, public health emergencies, pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, or any circumstance beyond the Company’s control.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending the Event, You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, including personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage, occurring before, during, or after the Event, including actions or omissions of the Company and affiliated parties.
Your Ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked without compensation for violation of these terms, applicable laws, or conduct that endangers others.
ARTICLE 2: TICKET & PROOF OF AGE

One Ticket is required per attendee

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and areas specified

Tickets are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged
Minimum Age:
General admission requires attendees to be 21 years or older.
Accepted ID:

Government-issued passport
-
U.S. or Canadian driver’s license
-
Military ID with photo
-
Government-issued photo ID
No exceptions. Failure to present valid ID results in denial of entry without refund.
ARTICLE 3: DENIAL OF ENTRY / EVICTION
You may be denied entry or removed if You:

Are under the influence of illegal substances
-
Are visibly intoxicated
-
Engage in disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior
-
Refuse security screening
-
Possess prohibited items
-
Violate dress code or Event policies
-
Were previously banned from Company events
All attendees are subject to search. Confiscated items may not be returned.
ARTICLE 4: PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are not permitted:

Alcohol or outside beverages (including water)
-
Weapons of any kind
-
Illegal substances (including marijuana)
-
Fireworks, drones, laser pointers
-
Pets
-
Large bags, backpacks, luggage
-
Sharp objects
-
Bikes, scooters, skateboards
-
Professional camera equipment
-
Items for sale or promotion
Zero tolerance for illegal activity or underage drinking.
ARTICLE 5: CONDUCT
You may not:

Enter restricted areas
-
Obstruct exits or emergency routes
-
Display offensive or discriminatory content
-
Smoke
-
Sell goods
-
Damage property
-
Litter or misuse restrooms
Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal.
ARTICLE 6: RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is permitted only with an intact wristband.
Removed attendees are not eligible for re-entry or refunds.
ARTICLE 7: UNAUTHORIZED USE OR RESALE
Tickets may not be forged, duplicated, shared, or resold without Company authorization. Unauthorized tickets will be voided without refund.
ARTICLE 8: RECORDINGS & MEDIA RELEASE
By attending, You consent to being photographed or recorded and grant the Company the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation.
Personal recordings may not be used commercially without written consent.
ARTICLE 9: ZERO-TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Attendees consent to searches. Prescription medication must be clearly labeled and limited to required dosage.
ARTICLE 10: ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
For ADA-related inquiries, please contact the Company prior to the Event.
ARTICLE 11: MEDICAL CARE
You consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary and release the Company from liability related to such care.
ARTICLE 12: INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and all related parties from any claims arising from Your attendance.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy is to leave the Event.
ARTICLE 13: MISCELLANEOUS

Claims must be submitted within 6 months

Lawsuits must be filed within 1 year

Jury trial rights are waived

Governed by Georgia law
-
Venue lies exclusively in Georgia courts
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
